Wow, video only 2:16, interesting short summary. Years ago (over 20 years ago) I remember reading ( In European Car mag.) that an owner that was modifying one (for performance) at some point was having some difficulty engine performance parts (over boring for larger Pistons) b/c Volvo hadn’d produced them yet, b/c hey figured the avg. 240/245 didn’t have enough miles on them yet to need reborning. Keep in mind a the time (for the year of the owners car), avg. of +200,000 miles & Volvo engineers didn’t expect overboring would be needed until +400k miles
